We have built custom vehicle bodies for some of Australia’s largest government and utility organisations. Government Fleet Projects
ActewAGL Custom Truck Service Body
Canberra-based electricity and gas provider ActewAGL needed custom truck service bodies for their field fleet. We built bodies featuring six gas-lift storage compartments on the driver’s side, bifold storage panels on the passenger side with internal drawers and shelving, a fold-down compartment with a pull-out workbench, a heavy-duty rear drawer behind the cab, spotlights for night work, a hydraulic arm on the tray, a generator mount, and a hose reel. RMS Custom Truck Service Body
For the Roads and Maritime Services fleet across NSW, we manufactured and installed custom truck service bodies with under-cab drawers on both sides, bifold doors revealing adjustable shelving and pull-out drawers, a central storage component, retractable traffic lights on the roof, a variable message sign at the rear, and a drop-down tailgate with side access. Fire and Rescue NSW Service Body
For the Fire and Rescue fleet across NSW, we built custom service bodies designed for rapid emergency response. Features include under-cab drawers on both sides, large gas-lift doors revealing adjustable shelving, and a rear opening door accessing a full central storage compartment. Endeavour Energy Custom Service Ute Body
Endeavour Energy services Sydney, Greater Western Sydney, the Blue Mountains, the Southern Highlands, Illawarra, and the South Coast of NSW. We designed and built custom ute service bodies with hinged multi-size storage doors on both sides, a drop-down tailgate with central storage, a long rear trundle drawer, roof racks with pipe storage, and safety and spotlights on the roof. In-house manufacturing. All bodies are designed, fabricated, and fitted at our Wetherill Park workshop in Western Sydney. Nothing is outsourced. That gives us full control over quality, lead times, and the ability to handle custom requests without delays.
