For the ActewAGL fleet project, we built custom truck service bodies with gas-lift storage compartments, bifold access panels, pull-out workbenches, hydraulic arms, and generator mounts. Every feature was designed around how their field crews actually work.
For the Endeavour Energy fleet project, we designed and installed custom ute service bodies with specialised compartments for electrical tools, drop-down tailgates, trundle drawers, and roof-mounted pipe storage. The brief was clear: build a mobile workspace that lets field crews work safely and get the job done faster.

How Our Fleet Fitout Process Works
1. Consultation and Spec Review You tell us what your vehicles need to do. We review your fleet size, vehicle models, the work your crews perform, and any specific requirements for storage, access, safety, or compliance.
2. Design and Engineering Our design team builds your body configuration from the ground up. We can work from your drawings or create a spec based on the consultation. Every design is engineered for the specific vehicle platform.
3. Manufacturing All bodies are built at our Wetherill Park workshop in Western Sydney. We manufacture in-house using aluminium and steel fabrication, with spray-sealed seams, security systems, and your choice of a natural mill finish or corporate colour paint.
4. Fitting and Delivery We fit the body to your vehicle and run quality checks before handover. For fleet orders, we coordinate with your schedule to keep disruption to a minimum.
